We use Royal Mail to ship all of our UK orders.

In the unfortunate event that your order is severely delayed, lost or misrouted, the customer will be responsible for following Royal Mail's compensation policies which can be located on their website. However, we will provide any support we can to help resolve this issue.
As all of our items are sent via Tracked 24 & 48hr, Royal Mail insure these items up to £100. If items are significantly over this cost, we (the business) will cover the additional cost for postage to cover this (I.e. upgrade insurance cover).
International
Due to current EU regulations and UK tax laws, we do not currently ship items outside of the UK including Northern Ireland.
