Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you item/s must be in the same condition that you received it (I.e. within the original packaging and unused).

 

In order to process your return, we will need to see the original proof of purchase and a brief explanation as to why the item need to be returned.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wizardgamesltd.co.uk. We will review your case and come back to you with a decision accepting or declining your returns request. Please do not send items back without confirmation in writing to do so. 

​

The customer will be liable for the costs to return item/s unless this is an error on our part (I.e. incorrect item received, faulty and/or damaged).

Cancel or Amend Orders Before Dispatch

If you change your mind or for any other reason need to change, amend or even cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your items are dispatched at sales@wizardgamesltd.co.uk.

Damages and Item Issues

Please inspect your items for damages, defects and/or incorrect items as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at sales@wizardgamesltd.co.uk so we can take the appropriate action to make it right and your experience with us an enjoyable one!

Exchanges

If for any other reason you need to exchange your purchase, please contact us as sales@wizardgamesltd.co.uk. We will need to receive and inspect your items and will simply issue a refund for you to make a new/different purchase.

Refunds

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at wizardgamesltd.co.uk. We will provide instructions and will need to receive, inspect your items. Based on the condition of the item (as described above) we can the approve or reject your refund. However, we want you to be happy with our service and will try our best to ensure that this is the case!

If your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note, this this may take some time and it may take the bank some time to also process this. However, we will aim to do this as quickly as possible.
